HELD in real life: A HELD retreat
We know that healing happens in relationship—to yourself, to your community, and to nature. We are thrilled to share an opportunity for all of these relationships in the context of our HELD offerings: an attachment-focused weekend where you are seen and cared for.
Please join us for a beautiful weekend of connection, community and growth, and leave feeling more yourself: spacious, capable, and able to appreciate the path you are on. Your nervous system wants to orient toward safety, security, and comfort. We don’t often get that in our daily lives.
We will convene at the Indigo Nature Retreat, a gorgeous place just 50 minutes outside of Asheville. Think attachment-focused workshops and offerings, curated outdoor meals, yoga, a group intuitive astrology reading, bonfires, dips in the creek, comfortable and cozy sleeping arrangements, and connection with other beautiful humans who are on the same healing path as you are.

Join us for this FREE workshop to explore the family dynamics that create a disorganized attachment style and the corrective experiences that support healing.
In this free offering, Elizabeth and Monica will explore the family dynamics that create disorganized relating. We will explore the concepts of emotionally immature parenting, role reversal, and family homeostasis to develop a deeper understanding of disorganized patterning (and what to do when you realize you have some!).
